Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
